  • 2 Forms of Residence Verification (Utility Bill, Phone Bill, etc)

  • Child’s Birth Certificate or other acceptable Proof of Age

  • Shot Record on Tennessee Form

  • Custodial Parent ID

  • Any Legal Papers

  • Proof of Income (Pre K Only)

  • Child’s Physical (Pre K, Kindergarten and Out of State Transfers, Optional)

  • Copy of Attendance and Discipline (for out of district students)

Pre-K and K

Registration for students not currently enrolled in Dyersburg City Schools will be held at Dyersburg Primary School

in the front Atrium on the following dates and times:

May 26 from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

May 27 from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

May 28 from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM

May 29 from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

 

Parents must call the Central Office for appointments at 731-286-3600 or Dyersburg Primary School at 731-286-3615.

Only the custodial parents are requested to come to registration.
1st-12th

Registration for students not currently enrolled in Dyersburg City Schools (transferring from another school system) will be held at Dyersburg High School in the Atrium on the following dates and times:

June 6 from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

June 18 from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

July 9 from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM

July 16 from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

 

Sign Up for registration will begin on Wednesday, May 29. Parents must call the Central Office for appointments at 731-286-3600. Only the custodial parents and the child that is being enrolled are requested to come to registration.
